Our system works by performing a full detailed
clean the first two cleans.
From there we continue with a rotational
system that separates your property into four zones and rotates which ones get throughly cleaned.

Spot clean outside of cabinets and cupboards
Wipe down front of dishwasher
Clean top and front of stove
Clean microwave inside & out
Wipe down front of refrigerator
Dust windowsills & ledges
Dust kitchen furniture
Dust table and chairs
Wipe down light switch plates
Clean mirrors and any other glass surface
Empty trash
+ Wipe off each counter item
+ Scrub out garbage disposal
+ Give special attention to floors
+ Wipe down outside of cabinets and cupboards
+ Dust/wipe top of refrigerator
+ Clean outside and inside of range hood
+ Clean drip pans and toaster tray
+ Polish any stainless steel
+ Vacuum tops of drapes and valances
+ Wipe windowsills, ledges baseboards and blinds
+ Wipe down all kitchen furniture
+ Wipe down table and chairs

+ Wipe down art and pictures
+ Dust/Wipe down ceiling fan (if accessible), hanging light fixtures and vents

+ Wipe down backsplash/ wall
+ Remove Cobwebs
+ Dust top of door frames
+ Clean glass in picture frames
+ Sanitize waste basket
Clean/sanitize countertops
Spot clean outside of cabinets
Wipe down light switch plates
Wipe down base/footing of tub/shower
Vacuum and mop
Clean walls and floor of tub/shower
Wipe down shower head, faucets
Take out garbage(s)
Shake or vacuum rugs
Clean mirrors and other glass surface
Remove built-up soap scum
Clean shower doors
Clean and disinfect interior, exterior and behind toilet (Including floors)
Scrub out sink(s)
+ Take all items off counter tops
+ Wipe off each counter item
+ Wipe down front of cabinets
+ Wipe down doors, door frames, doorknobs, light switch plates and baseboards
+ Dust/wipe down top of light fixtures
+ Dust top of door frames
+ Wipe down art, pictures and furniture
+ Dust top of shower/tub
+ Take all items out of shower
+ Wipe off all items from shower
+ Remove Cobwebs
+ Scrub tile/grout
+ Descale faucets, shower doors and shower fixtures

Wipe down front door
Dust art, pictures, or furniture

Dust TV and console area
